Helene Salman (she/her)

Helene is the founder of Ignite Theatre Company. She is an experienced drama teacher and director, having taught across all key stages in mainstream and private education. Her passion is creating dynamic, contemporary theatre alongside young people and the camaraderie that comes with the process of creating performance work. She is an experienced LAMDA Tutor and has taught the acting grades with outstanding results for a number of years. Helene is the lead teacher and director at Ignite. She has enhanced DBS and is a member of the ISS (Independent Safeguarding Service). Helene is committed to pupil welfare, equality and representation.
